WHAT IS A COSIGNER?
A cosigner is a person who signs all the paperwork for the release of the arrestee. The cosigner is responsible to make sure the defendant makes every court appearance the he or she is ordered to do so. If the defendant fails to appear, it’s the responsibility of the cosigner to bring the defendant into our office so we can make arrangements to get the warrant recalled. The defendant will have to go to court in order for the warrant to be recalled. The cosigner is also responsible to make sure any and all payments are made on time. If the defendant cannot make the payment, the cosigner is responsible to make the payment.
We find that all defendants appear in court when ordered to do so. We understand that problems may arise that is out of your control, and we do take that into consideration. With good excuse we will provide the defendant with a re- assumption of liability to provide with the court so the warrant will be recalled and a new court date will be given.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, all forms of Money Orders, Personal Checks, Company Checks, and Cash. The payments can be accepted over the phone or you can come into one of our local offices. Many customers mail in there payment every month and many of our customers are set up on monthly re occurring automatic debit payments. This way they never have to worry about missing a payment.
WARRANT CHECKS
Access Bail Bonds have the ability to check for warrants and the amount of the warrant. Once this is done and we determine that there is a warrant for your arrest, we have several way to get the warrant recalled without have to go into custody. We can actually post the bond right at the court and once we do that the warrant will gets recalled and we give you a new court date. You can go to court with ease knowing you will not get taken into custody. We will also go to court with your attorney and post a bond with the court, this will also avoid any jail process. We provide this service at no additional charge to you.
