GOING TO COURT: When you get bailed out, your bondsman will give you the court date and which court you ordered to appear. All courts have a dress code, do not go to court in baggy jeans with no belt, low cut tops or any gang affiliated clothing. Your first court date will be your arraignment, at that time if you have not retained an attorney or cannot afford one, you will be able to request a public defender.
